Peter is a graduate of Springfield College where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in 2004 and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree in 2005. Peter later returned to Temple University where he become a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2008. Peter also holds an additional specialty certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) allowing him to design, oversee, and administer one on one personal training and small or large group/team strength and conditioning programs. Peter has served as a Clinical Instructor for Physical Therapy (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) students from many local Colleges and Universities.
Peter has experience working in a variety of practice settings around the country. These include sub-acute rehabilitation in Leesburg, Florida, inpatient neurology in Houston, Texas, pediatrics at Duke University in North Carolina, and over 10 years of orthopedics and sports therapy on Long Island. In 2016, Peter made the decision to open Harbor Physical Therapy to fulfill a dream of providing the highest quality physical therapy care in a manner keeping with his high standards and personalized approach.
When not working, Peter is an active athlete participating in local competitive sports leagues for soccer, platform tennis (paddle), and beach volleyball or can be found relaxing on a beach with a good book. He remains alive in the community and believes strongly in creating relationships with others in Huntington and across Long Island.
